Abhay Garg
Head of Fund
Abhay Garg is a Chartered Accountant with 20+ years of experience across corporate
finance, venture capital, and startup operations. He currently leads Earth Fund and serves
as Chief Mentor at Brigade REAP. He previously helped scale L&T SuFin’s GMV to ₹100 Cr/month and held leadership roles at Baytree Ventures, Axis PE, and Acumen. Abhay brings a rare blend of financial depth and operational experience across fintech,marketplaces, and UrbanTech platforms.
Keshav Jain
Senior Vice President
Keshav Jain is an investment professional with experience across venture capital, proptech, and startup operations. Previously, he was Chief Investment Officer at Brigade REAP, where he oversaw a portfolio over 65+ UrbanTech and Sustainability startups. He has also worked at Core91 VC, co-founded NeoDx, and handled structured finance portfolio at Piramal Capital. Keshav holds an MBA from ISB.

Rahul Joshi, CA, is Vice President at Gruhas, where he leads early-stage investing and strategic portfolio initiatives across proptech, climate-tech, EV infrastructure, and clean energy. He has driven key investments across emerging technologies and sustainable infrastructure
Dheeraj S
Fund Manager
Dheeraj’s experience spans Early-stage, Private Equity, and Corporate Strategy. Previously, he oversaw the Manipal Group’s start-up portfolio, played a key role in a SPAC listing on Nasdaq and a cross-border PE transaction. He co-managed Sundaram Group’s $150 million Real Estate Alternate Funds. He started at Deloitte in Financial Advisory a decade ago and is a Chartered Accountant from Bangalore.
Shreya Gupta

Shreya Gupta is an investment professional with experience across early-stage venture
capital, fund structuring, and portfolio management. She is part of the investment team at
Earth Fund, where she focuses on investment evaluation, LP engagement, and portfolio
oversight. Previously, she managed a $20M+ portfolio at the DLF Family Office, leading
cross-border and full investment cycle transactions. Shreya began her career at Venture Gurukool. She holds an MSc from Imperial College London and a BA in Economics & Finance from the University of Manchester.

Senior Analyst
Sarath brings valuable experience in venture capital and equity research, having supported and funded startups. Before joining Brigade Earth Fund, Sarath was part of the investment team at Capital-A, where he led the EV, Industry 4.0, and Climatech thesis. Sarath has sourced, screened, and closed 10+ investment opportunities in cutting-edge sectors. Prior to his VC role, Sarath honed his skills as an Equity Research Analyst at CrispIdea, covering major US and UK companies in the cloud tech and IT industry.
Saras Agarwal
Managing Partner
Saras brings decade plus experience in early-stage investing having supported and funded startups in different avatar. Before Earth fund, Saras was part of the investments team at Bharat Fund and Ventureast. Saras has led and managed investments in more than 15+ startups. Some of the companies he represented on the board/ invested include: Setu, Kaleidofin, Riskcovry, Manch, Bandhoo, Kishht, Seclore, eKincare amongst others.
